Optimization design of electromagnetism induction heating technical parameters in high frequency induction brazing

Abstract: Numerical optimization model for electromagnetism induction heating technical parameter was set up by means of computer aided design. During the optimization design, objective function and design inhibition were latent and non-linear function of design variable and zero-step method was often used in such condition. Under the presupposition of original sequence designation, the convergence could be accelerated. For the ‘T’ pipe joint induction brazing, optimization result shows that the heat energy produced by the coil can be made good use of and the uniformity of joint temperature is ensured if the coil plane is parallel to the pipe joint.
