New technology for brazing aluminum clustered tube of refrigerator

Abstract: The feasibility of high frequency induction brazing for the aluminum clustered tube of refrigerator was analyzed. According to characteristic of aluminum and aluminum alloy, a kind of high frequency power supply was devised and applied, and the technology parameters applied in the practical production were pronounced. The results show that aluminum and aluminum alloy can be heated quickly by high frequency induction. In the proper frequency range and under the appropriate matching parameters, the velocity of induction heating is almost the same as the other magnetic metals as heated by induction. With IGBT transistor high frequency power supply, aluminum and aluminum alloy can be heated to the brazing temperature in a shorter time, which will bring the higher production rate, and the automatic brazing to replace the manual brazing can be achieved. The high temperature aluminum brazing paste mixed with minute active powders was successfully used as brazing filler metal, which can not only save raw and processed materials but also improve the performance of joints.
