Abstract: The Effect of temperature on the mechanical properties of 95W-5(Ni/Fe/Co) alloy was analyzed and the relationship curve was provided. Through the fractograph of tensile samples, the mechanism at different temperatures in micro scale was discussed. The results show that the abnormality of the plasticity of tungsten alloy is closely related to the interface strength. At temperature above 600℃ the fraction of cleavage along the interface between the bonding phase and the grain boundary increases with increasing temperature. When the temperature is beyond 1100℃, the fracture occurs at the interface entirely.
