EFFECT OF RESTRAINT STRENGTHENING OF VACUUM-PRESSURED BRAZED JOINT

Abstract: A restraint strengthening model of brazed joint was developed according to vacuum brazing of Al Li alloys containing cerium under constant pressure. The effects of several brazing filler metals on restraint strengthening were also examined. The results indicated that the theoretically trend of strength change of brazed joint was basically consistent with experimental data.
