Abstract: A superplastic elongation of 260% of rapidly solidified powder metallurgy (PM) MR64 al-loy can be obtuined at the strain rate of 8. 33 × 10-3 s-1 and the temperature of 490 ℃. The re-lationship between mechanieal properties and cavities, behavior has been demonstrated, and itwas found that the strength and the ductility of the alloy decrease with incrcasing cavityamount.
